Success takes a team.

Tutors, neuropsychiatrists, therapists, schools, teachers, and parents all work together to support students. Each plays a different role and can achieve greater success working together.

Part of the work we do at Dynamic Tutoring Solutions is helping families navigate the process with specialists and schools. While we work with practitioners of all types, a few of the most common we collaborate with are neuropshychologists, child psychologists, and occupational therapists. Feel free to reach out to us if you have questions about the role each plays or how to implement recommendations.

Neuropsychologists
The role of a neuropsychologist is to understand how brain structures and systems relate to behavior and thinking. Signs of mood disturbances, memory challenges, or learning difficulties are reasons to see a neuropsychiatrist. These specialists provide evaluations, which can include diagnoses such as anxiety, ADHD, dyslexia, etc. Neuropsych evaluations often recommend tutoring support.
